30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new customers who purchase our music tutoring packages. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the initial purchase date, you may request a full refund.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- You must not have completed more than 2 scheduled lessons
- Refund requests must be submitted through our official contact channels
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request

Cancellation Policy
Lesson Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule individual lessons up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of that lesson session.
Package Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your entire package after the 30-day guarantee period, you may do so at any time. However, refunds will be prorated based on the number of lessons completed and the remaining unused portion of your package.
Refund Calculation: For cancellations after the guarantee period, refunds are calculated as follows:
- Total package price minus the cost of completed lessons
- Any applicable administrative fees (if any)
- Refunds are calculated based on the per-lesson rate of your package
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Lessons that have been completed and delivered
- Digital materials and resources that have been accessed or downloaded
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase (unless exceptional circumstances apply)
- Packages where more than 50% of the lessons have been completed
- Refunds requested due to violation of our Terms of Use
Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other significant life events, we may consider refund requests outside the standard 30-day period on a case-by-case basis.

Instructor Changes
If you are not satisfied with your assigned instructor, you may request a change at any time without penalty. We will work with you to find a better match for your learning style and musical goals.
If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement instructor and you choose to cancel your package as a result, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of the 30-day guarantee period, provided the request is made within 60 days of the original purchase.
Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our services, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
If technical issues cannot be resolved and significantly impact your ability to use our services, you may be eligible for a refund or credit, even if the 30-day guarantee period has passed. Each case will be evaluated individually.
Refund Methods

Package Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the difference between packages. When downgrading, you will receive a prorated credit based on the unused portion of your current package.
Changes to packages must be requested at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to take effect immediately.
